Advance Ticket Policy
Guests with advance reservations must check-in on the day of the event and pick up a wristband, which serves as an event ticket. Wristbands are available for pick-up beginning at 5pm on the day of the event. Advance reservation wristbands are guaranteed until the published start time of the event, after which unclaimed seats will be sold/distributed to those in a standby line.

Seating and Standby
Auditorium seating opens approximately 30 minutes before the event start time. Wristband-holding guests may line up beginning one hour before the published start time of the event. If there are no more advance ticket reservations available for an event, patrons may form a standby line beginning no earlier than one hour before the published start time of the event. A limited number of wristbands will be made available to guests waiting in the stand-by line on a first-come, first-served basis on the night of the event.

Schedule 
5pm | Wristbands may be picked up at Front Desk
6pm | Standby line opens; wristband line opens
6:30pm | Auditorium seating opens; wristband line is seated
7pm | Standby line is seated if space permits
7pm | Lecture begins
8pm | Teresita Fernández signing copies of Elemental catalogue, while supplies last
