PAMM ARTworkOUT Series, presented by Equinox. Join us for the first in our new series merging art and fitness - Firestarter, a free 30-minute cardio HIIT group class led by an Equinox instructor on the PAMM East Portico in anticipation of the World OUTGames coming to Miami in May. Use your body weight and a step bench to burn through a “pyramid” of explosive cardio drills, where your work time changes but your recovery time doesn’t. Powered by a fierce music playlist, you’ll rise to a complete cardio challenge that demands everything you’ve got while achieving your goals in thirty minutes flat.
