Advance Ticket Policy

Guests with advance reservations must check-in on the day of the event and pick up a wristband, which serves as an event ticket. Wristbands are available for pick-up beginning at 10am on the day of the event. Advance reservation wristbands are guaranteed until the published start time of the event, after which unclaimed seats will be distributed to those in a standby line.

Seating and Standby

Auditorium seating opens approximately 30 minutes before the event start time. Wristband-holding guests may line up beginning one hour before the published start time of the event. If there are no more advance ticket reservations available for an event, patrons may form a standby line beginning no earlier than one hour before the published start time of the event. A limited number of wristbands will be made available to guests waiting in the stand-by line on a first-come, first-served basis on the night of the event.

10:30am | Standby line opens; wristband line opens 

11:00am | Auditorium seating opens; wristband line is seated

11:30am | Standby line is seated if space permits
