PTAC Teen Lock-In: Down Under
This event is no longer on sale.
All teen participants ages 14-17 must provide a Teen Lock-In-Waiver and Release form that has been completed and signed by a Parent/Guardian in order to participate in the event.
All teen participants aged 18 must provide a Teen Lock-In Self-Releasing Waiver form along with government issued I.D. in order to participate in the event.
